Let me just start by saying, I think juicing is super cool.  It’s a great way to get a few extra fruits and veggies in your diet.  Let me also say, it is super daunting to me.

I want to get all the health benefits from juicing, but I had NO IDEA how to make juice.  Enter The Juice Habit Made Easy.

Making Autumn Fresh Juice

I had always wanted to try juicing, but had no idea where to start for recipes.  Recently I got the book – The Juice Habit Made Easy and began to learn how to make the juice I’d always wanted to to make.

The book has so many recipes, and I can’t wait to try them all.  The first one I made is from the recipe titled “Autumn Fresh“.

black berries, apples and pears

I chose this recipe to start, because even though I would love to have a super healthy green juice, I thought starting with a fruit juice would be a good way to ease myself into juicing.

The Autumn Fresh Juice is really great because it has only three ingredients: 2 cups of blackberries, 2 apples, and 2 pears.

I quartered each apple and pear I threw them in my roommate’s juicer (thanks Tyler!) and then added the blackberries.  It was so simple to make this juice, and it only took a few minutes.

I love that making something healthy can be so quick and easy.

This recipe honestly is easy peasy.  I literally just sliced up the fruit and threw it in the juicer and I was done!

I hope you try it, because this juice is not only easy but it’s seriously good too.  I mean, tart blackberries, sweet pears and tangy green apples – how can you say no?
